Cannot SSH into web-prod-01

I'm unable to SSH into my instance web-prod-01 (45.76.128.42). Connection times out. I've verified my SSH key is correct and the instance shows as Active in the dashboard. Started happening about 2 hours ago.

Hi Alex, thanks for reaching out. I can see the instance is running. Could you check if the firewall rules allow SSH (port 22) traffic? You can also try accessing via the web console to verify the instance is responsive.
